Meet the Candidates!

Section 23 property owners will be filling out their ballots for the Deep Creek Section 23 POA Board of Directors. The Board is charged with maintaining the standards that make Section 23 a desirable place to live, and working cooperatively with employed staff and vendors to ensure our money is spent wisely.

There are three Board openings to be filled this year. Newly elected Board members will be seated in October 2024 and serve 2-years terms. Seven candidates have come forward.

Each candidate has been asked to respond to the following four questions:
1. Background/Skills/Experience that would be helpful for serving on the Board.
2. Why are you interested in serving on the Section 23 Board of Directors?
3. What is your opinion about living in a deed-restricted community?
4. Are there any particular initiatives you would like to see the Board consider?
